Dr. Merv Gilbert (R. Psych., PhD) is an Organizational Health Psychologist and Adjunct Professor with the Centre for Applied Research in Mental Health and Addiction (CARMHA), Faculty of Health Sciences, Simon Fraser University. He is a principal partner with Gilbert Action Ltd., Organizational Health Consultants. He is co-author with Dr. Dan Bilsker of the Psychological Health and Safety: An Action Guide for Employers.  Dr. Gilbert has a long-time commitment and extensive experience in the development, evaluation and dissemination of resources to help create and sustain psychologically healthy workplaces.
