People with chronic pain have a greater likelihood of experiencing depression and anxiety, and being depressed or anxious can lead to higher sensitivities of pain. This difficult cycle can be stopped, and fortunately there are resources and tools that can give practical guidance to improve your depression and anxiety and other mental health issues, and to help you manage your chronic pain.
